September House :: Subsidized Apartments

Overview

September House provides an opportunity for seniors & older adults with serious mental illness to live independently while still receiving on-site case management and supportive services. Located in southwest Denver and convenient to bus lines and shopping, September House also serves one meal a day in the community dining room. Each resident has his or her own bedroom in the two-bedroom units and rent is always affordable at 30 percent of adjusted gross income.
