Cinnamon Park holds fashion show
and spaghetti dinner fundraiser
On January 26th as residents of Longmont's Cinnamon Park become fashion models for a day. They took to the runways as part of a benefit fashion show and spaghetti dinner to help purchase a new van for the facility.
According to Cinnamon Park Administrator Debbie Setlock, "We work hard to provide our residents with opportunities to try new things. They were excited about this event and enjoyed their day as a fashion model."
Clothes for the event were provided by the thrift store at Hospice of Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Hospice staff helped with planning of the show which was held at building B on the facility grounds.
Despite the success of this fundraiser, Cinnamon Park is still in need of funds for its van. If you would like to contribute or to learn more, contact Senior Housing Options Resource Development Office at 303-595-4464 x 10.
