We have over 500 rooms in fourteen communities throughout the state. In each facility, staff is thoroughly screened and selected for its dedication to providing loving care to our residents. And we are dedicated to ensuring that these services are available to residents in all income ranges. Our assisted living communities are Medicaid certified. Our independent living communities are HUD subsidized so rent is affordable --- just 30% of income for those earning less than 50% of the median income of the county where the property is located.
At Senior Housing Options, you have a choice about whether you would prefer an assisted living or independent living lifestyle. Independent living communities provide all of the benefits of standard apartment living, in an environment with other seniors like you. Assisted living offers a great deal more support including meals, activities, medication monitoring and 24 hour staff of personal care attendants.
