Senior Housing Options provides caring, supportive assisted and subsidized apartments for older adults in Colorado. We have over 500 rooms in fourteen residences throughout the state. In each facility, staff is thoroughly screened and selected for its dedication to providing loving care to our residents. And we are dedicated to ensuring that these services are available to residents in all income ranges. Our assisted living communities are Medicaid certified. Our apartment communities are HUD subsidized so rent is affordable --- just 30% of income for those earning less than 50% of the median income of the county where the property is located.

Our apartment communities provide all of the benefits of standard apartment living, in an environment with other seniors like you. Assisted living offers a great deal more support including meals, activities, medication monitoring and 24 hour staff of personal care attendants.
