Assisted Living
For seniors and older adults with disabilities, our assisted living centers provide meals, housekeeping, assistance with medications and personal care while also helping them to maintain their independence and interests in activities and hobbies.
Each resident receives assistance specifically tailored to meet his or her individual needs. They are free to come and go and are encouraged to maintain active ties with family members, friends and community interests.
Residents may pay through insurance plans, private funds, or Medicaid. Private pay rates vary among the buildings, so please contact the manager at a specific residence for more information.
All our assisted living residences are licensed through the State of Colorado, which surveys and inspects each facility regularly. Our active quality management program provides ongoing training to all staff to constantly improve the quality of life for our residents.
Medicaid Information
In Colorado, assisted living for some residents is partially subsidized by the State through a program called Home and Community Based Services (HCBS). To qualify for this subsidy, a potential resident must meet specific criteria regarding level of disability and also income/financial asset criteria.
To see if you or your loved one qualifies for Medicaid, you will need to contact the local Department of Human Services for your county or the designated Single Entry Point Agency and request an appointment to begin this screening process. Please be aware that it may take as long as four months for a County or Single Entry Point Agency to make this eligibility decision. Managers at our assisted living residences can help you begin the Medicaid eligibility process.
