Senior Housing Options Class for Qualified Medication Administration Personnel
As service to the community of older adult care providers, Senior Housing Options offers Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) classes on a monthly basis. Sessions are taught by Jenni Marcols, R.N. and are usually scheduled on the fourth Thursday of each month from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Testing for certification is held on the next day, Friday. Participants should allow six to eight hours for the written and practical exams and additional instruction at this time.
Classes are limited to 15 students who will be registered on a first come, first served basis when payment and pre-registration form are received. See below for class availability.
Tuition is $55.00 due ASAP but no later than the 15th of the month of your registered class. Corporate check or money order (no personal checks, please) can be sent to Attn: Michel, Senior Housing Options, 1510 17th St. Denver CO 80202 - 1202. Corporate Checks and money orders should be made out to C.D.P.H.E. (Colorado Dept of Public Health & Environment).
All classes are located in Denver. Registrants will be sent directions to the address indicated in their registration materials. Information will be EMAILED to you 2 weeks prior to the class starting. If you are unable to attend a class you have registered for, please call 303-595-4464 x 22 by 5:00pm the Monday of the week of the class so that we can arrange for another student to take your place.

6. When the registration is received and the student accepted, the student will recieve a confirmation, class location/information and study guides before the secheduled class date. Information will be EMAILED to you 2 weeks prior to the class starting.
